Dan Coleman is coming to the Merch track with just under two and a half decades worth of experience in IT and web management, development and support and currently holds the title of operations director at Red Hot Penny, a team dedicated to helping retailers and online brands to recognise and win customers, to create strategies and produce creative and innovative campaigns.
His seminar will be dealing with, as the title says, complex agency relationships, how to pick the right agency for your business, how to work with agencies, how and what to put in place to ensure a strong, smooth, enjoyable working relationship and tips on what you can do if it all goes wrong.

If you are looking for an agency to work with but are struggling to whittle down the list, if you are not sure you have covered all your bases, if you have worked or are currently working with an agency that's not going the way you want it to then this seminar is for you.
