Adobe Summit/Magento Imagine - online and free!

Hey everyone and welcome to the
Hussey Coding blog!

Normally this time of year thousands of people descend upon Las Vegas to be a part of one of the years greatest events
However due to the global pandemic that you may have heard of, Adobe recently put out this statement

"Over the past few weeks, we have been closely monitoring and evaluating the situation around COVID-19 to ensure we are taking the necessary measures to protect the health and wellbeing of Adobe Summit attendees. As a result, we have made the difficult but important decision to make Summit/Imagine 2020 an online event this year and cancel the live event in Las Vegas."

Obviously this is not good news to anyone who has bought tickets, booked flights and taken time out of their working schedule specifically to go to this event, if you are one of those people then follow the link to Adobes FAQ in regards to refunds and other arrangements - Summit FAQ

However, for the rest of us who weren't planning on going, Adobe and Magento have done something incredibly kind, generous and amazing!
They are putting a whole ton of content online for us to see for FREE!
That's right, you will be able to, in some manner, attend this years Adobe Summit/Magento Imagine for free from the comfort of your own home!

Beginning at 8.30am PDT (USA), which if my international time math is correct is about 3.30pm GMT here in the UK we will all have full access to a whole wealth of online content that normally some of us could only dream of being a part of! All you'll need to do is sign up at their website by March 31st.

This is an amazing opportunity for the whole Magento community, whether you were planning on jetting to Las Vegas in person or not now there is no excuse to miss this incredible event! Bringing together industry leaders, unfathomable amounts of accumulated knowledge presented across an excess of 100 sessions that will be on demand and updated regularly, this years fully digital Adobe summit/Magento Imagine is not one to be missed! Especially since there are no plans to reschedule the event during 2020.
